Shipping Regions

Bloom and Branch currently ships to the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Times and Rates

• Domestic (United States): 3 to 5 business days
• International (Canada): 7 to 14 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Canadian orders and expedited shipping options are not eligible for free shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@bloomandbranchco.com.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please include your order number when contacting us to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, live plants and plant cuttings are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your plant arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved returns will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us. Bloom and Branch is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
